A bug that took days to appear won’t disappear in 2 minutes. If you want a real fix — not a temporary patch — it takes the time it takes. I don’t rush. I investigate.

Can’t describe the problem clearly? That’s fine. I’m used to that. What I can’t work with is panic. Stay calm, tell me what you see — I’ll figure out the rest.

Speed

Most small-to-medium fixes take 30 minutes to 2 hours once I start. Critical issues may take up to 48 hours. Speed optimization is the exception — up to 7 days done properly. Honest timing, always.

Payment

Not if you’re a new client. I work on a pay-after-satisfaction model — you only pay once the issue is fixed and you’re happy. No upfront payment, no risk.

Access

For most fixes, WordPress admin login is enough. Deeper issues may need hosting panel or SSH/FTP access. I’m familiar with all major hosts and control panels. A backup is always taken before I touch anything live.

Diagnosis

Absolutely. Just describe what you’re seeing — that’s enough. I’ll investigate, tell you exactly what’s wrong, and give you a clear plan before doing anything.

Hiring

Directly (preferred) or through Fiverr — both work. I’m a full-time freelancer with no fixed hours, available whenever you need me. WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Signal, Google Chat, and email all work.
