Getting Started

Diagnosis

Absolutely. Just describe what you’re seeing — “my site looks broken”, “checkout stopped working”, “something changed after an update” — that’s enough to get started. I’ll investigate, tell you exactly what’s wrong, and give you a clear plan before doing anything.

Payment

Not if you’re a new client. I work on a pay-after-satisfaction model for first-time projects — you only pay once the issue is resolved and you’re happy. No upfront payment, no risk. After that, standard payment terms apply for ongoing work.

Hiring

Both work. You can reach out to me directly (preferred for ongoing or larger projects) or hire through Fiverr where I’m a Level 2 Seller. I’m not very active on Upwork or Freelancer.com, so Fiverr or direct contact is the best route. For direct payments I accept Payoneer, NSave, Remitly, TapTapSend, and direct bank transfer.

Hiring

No minimum. Whether it’s a tiny CSS tweak or a complex server migration, I take it on. Every problem is worth fixing properly, regardless of how small it seems.

Fixing & Speed

Speed
Most small and medium fixes take 30 minutes to 2 hours once I start working. Critical or complex issues may take up to 48 hours. Speed optimization is the exception — that’s a thorough process and can take up to 7 days to do properly. I give you an honest time estimate upfront, every time.
Guarantee

I stand behind my work. If the same exact issue comes back within 14 days, I’ll fix it again at no extra charge. I don’t do temporary patches — I find the root cause and fix that.

Access

For most fixes, WordPress admin login is enough. For deeper issues I may need hosting or server access — cPanel, hPanel, CyberPanel, aaPanel, VestaCP, DirectAdmin, HestiaCP, or SSH/FTP/SFTP. I always take a full backup before touching anything live.

Fixing

Yes — this is actually very common. I regularly pick up where others left off, fix botched updates, undo bad customizations, and clean up code that was left in a mess. I won’t judge, I’ll just fix it.

Hosting & Server

Hosting

All of them. I’m familiar with every major provider:

  • Shared: Hostinger, Bluehost, GoDaddy, SiteGround, HostGator, InMotion, Namecheap
  • Managed: Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways
  • Cloud/VPS: Vultr, Hetzner, OVH, AWS, DigitalOcean
  • European zone providers included

If your host isn’t listed — I can still work with it.

Server

All major ones — cPanel, hPanel (Hostinger), CyberPanel, aaPanel, VestaCP, DirectAdmin, HestiaCP, and AWS Cloud. I also work directly via SSH and FTP/SFTP when needed, on CentOS, Ubuntu, and AlmaLinux servers.

Cloudflare

Yes — fully. I handle DNS management, SSL setup, Cloudflare Tunnel (cloudflared), static website hosting on Cloudflare Pages, custom security rules, country blocking, bot protection, and more. Cloudflare is one of my strongest areas.

Builders & Design

Builders

Elementor and Elementor Pro are where I’m most experienced — it’s my primary tool. I also work with Divi, Bricks, WPBakery, and others. Builder conflicts and broken layouts are among the most common things I fix.

Design

Yes — small to medium design modifications, layout fixes, mobile responsiveness issues, and visual customizations are all part of what I do. For full new page designs, that’s quoted separately depending on the scope.

ACF
Yes, fully. Custom field groups, flexible content layouts, repeater fields, option pages, ACF Blocks — I work with all of it, including integrating ACF data with custom templates and Elementor dynamic tags.

Email & Forms

Forms
Yes — this is one of the most common issues I fix. Usually it’s an SMTP configuration problem or a server email restriction. I’ll diagnose the exact cause and set it up properly so it reliably delivers to your inbox.
Email

Yes. I’ve worked with all major email services — Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Zoho Mail, and Proton Mail. I handle the full setup including DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), connecting to WordPress via SMTP, and ongoing monitoring.

Spam
I can add spam protection to any contact form — either Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile (which is less intrusive for users). We pick whichever fits your setup and preference best.

Advanced & Dev

Development

Yes. I work with the WordPress REST API and can build or maintain headless WordPress setups using Node.js as the frontend. If you’re running a decoupled architecture or want to build one, I can help.

AI & Automation

Yes — I can integrate the ChatGPT API directly into your WordPress site to automatically generate and publish blog content based on your topics, schedule, and tone. Great for keeping sites active without manual writing.

Maintenance

Maintenance

Depends on the plan. Basic plans cover theme & plugin updates and minor tweaks. Full-service plans include:

  • Theme & plugin updates
  • Security monitoring
  • Speed & performance checks
  • Contact form & SMTP monitoring
  • Hosting management
  • Small design modifications

New features or full page builds are always quoted separately.

Pricing

It varies based on your site’s size and what you need:

  • Small sites, basic plan: $30–$100/month
  • Larger sites, full-service plan: $300–$500/month

The price reflects exactly what’s included — nothing hidden, nothing surprise-billed.

Maintenance

Absolutely — and that’s actually how most maintenance relationships start. You come to me for a fix, things go well, and you decide you want someone to just handle the site ongoing. Happy to continue from there.

Availability

I’m a full-time freelancer with no fixed office hours. That means I’m available when you need me — not just 9 to 5. Message me whenever something comes up and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
